Prior to joining Peak Asset Management, LLC, in 1999, Noel was the President of Bennett Investments, Inc., an investment advisory service which provided portfolio management to individual clients in partnership with Money Strategies, Inc., a Boulder-based investment firm. In 1980, he founded Bennett Developments, a sole proprietorship which developed and managed commercial real estate in Colorado until 1996. Noel serves as a director of his family office in Minneapolis, and owns interests in several century-old iron ore leasing partnerships on the Mesabi Iron Range in the upper Midwest. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Denver Society of Security Analysts. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
